GarAt JDS gardening we are committed sustainable practices. Our goal is to reduce our carbon footprint and reach an overall net zero in carbon emissions. A first important step towards this is making the switch to electric tools. Not only is the energy cleaner but they create a lot less noise pollution- meaning our team do not require ear defenders and we are less intrusive to the general public! The next steps are to entirely replace all our petrol tools with electric alternatives. Following this our van fleet will also eventually transition into an electric model. JDS Gardening are also committed to recycling 100% of the green waste that we collect in the course of our daily garden maintenance schedules, all of our green waste is disposed off and recycled at Forth Resource Management at Todd Hills in Edinburgh.
